Kings International Ballet offer a one or two year Post Graduate Course in the Art of Classical Ballet and the Art of Teaching Classical Ballet.

Post Graduates enrolled on our course will receive elite, professional training and assistance to secure employment.They will concentrate the majority of their time in the study and performance of Classical Ballet, joining our Jeune Ballet Company as trainee apprentice dancers which will provide additional performance, touring  and stage experience.

Our Post Graduates will be assisted in networking within the industry and applications will be made for them for paid internships, apprenticeships and short term contracts with Professional Companies including the Delattre Company, Cork City Ballet Company, Opera Nice de Mediterranean and the Mergaliyev Classic Ballet Theatre Company . Thus providing them with valuable Professional work on their CV. 

At Kings we recognise the need for longetivty of career and therefore all our Post Graduates in their first year of study will be entered for the the GQUAL Art of Teaching Certificate, the ARBTA Teaching certificates in Jazz, Contemporary and Character and in their second year of study the ARBTA Teaching Diplomas in Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz and Character.

Our Post Graduates are actively assisted to find employment. Cv photographs are organised, Showrrels filmed, CV's and Biographies written and help and advice given on how to make applications. It is the sole aim of the Artistic Directors and all tutors at Kings that our Graduates obtain employment.
 
In addition to their Classical and Teacher training classes our Post Graduates take further Professional training in Pas de Deux, Repertoire, Pointe, Coda, Specialist Male Classes, Variations, Jazz, Contemporary, Choreography and Character. Private tuition is given in order to prepare variations for auditions and showreels.
